  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Use pulsing action of food processor to process basil, marinade, oil, cheese and lemon zest until basil is finely chopped and ingredients are well blended.
  • Add half the marinade mixture to combined scallops and shrimp; toss until evenly coated.
  • Grill scallops and shrimp 4 to 5 min. or until scallops are opaque and shrimp turn pink, turning after 2-1/2 min. Place in large bowl.
  • Add vegetables and remaining marinade mixture to scallops and shrimp; mix lightly. Serve over pasta.

Special Extra

Serve topped with a light sprinkling of additional Parmesan.


Serve the seafood mixture over a bed of hot steamed green beans or asparagus instead of the cooked pasta.
