  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Rub steaks with oil; coat with taco seasoning. Let stand 5 min.
  • Grill 5 min., turning after 3 min. Brush with barbecue sauce; grill 4 to 5 min. or to medium doneness (160ºF), turning after 2 min.
  • Remove steaks from barbecue; cover with foil. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a tomato, cucumber and red onion salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.


Mix 1 tsp. each chili powder and ground cumin, and 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper. Use instead of the 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix needed to prepare this recipe.


Prepare using boneless beef strip steaks.
