  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, brush steak with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Grill steak 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Remove from barbecue; cover. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, combine parsley, cheese, lemon juice and remaining dressing.
  • Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Place on serving plate; top with parsley mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.


Prepare using any beef grilling steak, such as strip loin, wing, porterhouse, rib-eye or tenderloin.
