  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce. Remove steak from barbecue; cover. Let stand 5 min.
  • Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Cover platter with lettuce; top with meat, potatoes, tomatoes and onions.
  • Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
