Grilled steak is certainly a summertime treat and this one is no different. Marinated in BBQ sauce and topped with sweet-and-sour onions, this steak is sure to be a hit at the next outdoor barbecue.

  • Pour barbecue sauce over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks with barbecue sauce. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF).
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 6 to 8 min. or until onions are tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.
  • Cut steaks across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with onion mixture.

Serve with cooked sliced zucchini, and hot steamed rice topped with additional chopped parsley.
