  • Pour barbecue sauce over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks with barbecue sauce. Refrigerate 3 hours to marinate.
  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; stir. Cook 6 min., stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Cover to keep warm.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steaks 5 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF).
  • Remove steaks from barbecue; cover. Let stand 8 to 10 min. before cutting across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with onion mixture.

For a classic steakhouse meal, serve with a mixed green salad, and hot mashed or baked potatoes.
