  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Cut onion into 4 slices. Add to barbecue with meat. Chicken and Steak- Grill 5 min. on each side or until meat is done (170ºF for chicken; 160ºF for steak). Sausage - Grill 12 min. or until meat is done (160ºF), turning occasionally. Veggie Burgers- Grill 3 min. or until burgers are done (160ºF), turning after 2 min.
  • Squeeze Miracle Whip Squeezeable Spread onto cut-sides of 4 buns.
  • Place meat and onions on bottom halves of buns; add toppings. Cover with tops of buns.

How to Reduce the Sausage Grilling Time

For faster grilling, partially cut sausages lengthwise in half; place, cut-sides down, on barbecue grate before grilling until done. Or, substitute fast-fry pork loins for the sausages.
