  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Place potatoes in microwaveable casserole dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.; drain well.
  • Return potatoes to casserole dish; cool 5 min. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Spoon onto large sheet heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet. Place on top rack of barbecue.
  • Grill 14 to 16 min. or until vegetables are tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packet.
