  • Pour tomato dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of each fillet. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Grill fish 6 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning after 4 min. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and salsa until well blended.
  • Cut each fish fillet in half. Cover tortillas with lettuce, beans, tomatoes and onions; top with salsa mixture and fish.

Use the Broiler

To broil the fish fillets instead of grilling them, place marinated fish on rack of broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Prepare using any other firm white fish fillets, such as grouper, red snapper or halibut.

Special Extra

In addition to the listed toppings, add avocado slices and/or chopped cilantro to tacos before rolling up.

Changed it a bit and next time I would use salmon. Stir fried mushroom, onion and zucchini in dressing rather than use lettuce and tomatoes.

this was SO good!! at first I thought it sounded a little bland but the combination of the bbq flavor of the fish and the crisp veggies and salsa/dressing was to die for!! this is my new summer go-to!
