  • Toss tofu with 2 Tbsp. dressing; thread onto 4 skewers.
  • Grill 8 to10 min. or until tofu is evenly browned, turning occasionally.
  • Arrange cucumbers and tomatoes on platter; top with tofu. Drizzle with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese and basil.

Substitute

Substitute fresh parsley for the basil.

Special Extra

Sprinkle 1/2 cup slivered red onions over cucumbers and tomatoes on platter before topping with grilled tofu. Continue as directed.
