  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Grill bread slices 30 sec. to 1 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  • Trim and discard ends of zucchini. Cut each zucchini diagonally into 8 slices; place in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly. Grill 5 min. or until crisp-tender, turning after 3 min.
  • Spread toast slices with cream cheese product; top with zucchini and basil.


Substitute fresh parsley for the basil.

Special Extra

For added colour, prepare using a combination of green and yellow zucchini.
