  • Trim and discard ends of zucchini. Cut each zucchini lengthwise in half; place in large bowl.
  • Add dressing; mix lightly.
  • Grill 5 min. or until zucchini is crisp-tender, turning after 3 min.
  • Sprinkle with herbs.


Substitute fresh basil for the parsley.
