  • Toss chicken with 1 tsp. corn starch and 1 Tbsp. soy sauce; set aside. Mix dressing, water, garam masala, remaining corn starch and soy sauce until blended.
  • Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add yellow onions, ginger, garlic and half the chilis; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add chicken; cook and stir 9 to 10 min. or until done.
  • Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 30 sec. or until sauce comes to boil and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining chilis, green onions, coriander and lemon juice.

Special Extra

For more colour and flavour, add 1 chopped sweet red pepper along with the yellow onions.
