  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Use 2-inch cookie cutter to cut 6 rounds from ham steak; place 1 in each of in 6 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray. Reserve ham trimmings for snacking or another use.
  • Whisk egg whites until blended; pour over ham.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until eggs are set.
  • Cover bottom halves of muffins with Kraft Singles. Remove egg-topped ham rounds from muffin cups; place over Singles. Cover with tomatoes and tops of muffins.

Use Your Microwave

Pour egg whites over ham rounds in 6 microwaveable custard cups. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until eggs are set. Use to assemble sandwiches as directed.


Prepare using Egg Creations Original or Garden Vegetable.


If you don't have a 2-inch round cookie cutter, you can use a sharp knife to cut the ham into 2-inch rounds instead.
