  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix flour and baking powder in medium bowl. Add milk and egg white; mix well. Stir in all remaining ingredients except pizza sauce. Let stand 10 min.
  • Stir batter; spoon into 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until puffed and golden brown. Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce in small saucepan. Serve puffs with sauce.


Substitute pepperoni for the ham and Italian parsley for the basil.

    These turned out pretty well. I added more milk because the dough was flaking and falling apart with the amount listed. Mine didn't rise very well in the oven for some reason, but they still turned out good. A little plain, but maybe I didn't add enough seasoning? Will try garlic and cheese puffs next time!
