I love to make this one. It is a favourite of both my daughter and I. I see that several people have noted that they needed to add more milk and cheese, I do too because I tend to cook more potatoes than the recipe calls for.
I also saute white onions to add and always throw in some carrots too.
I like to use Kraft Velveeta for a richer taste instead of cheese whiz.
Always a hit with biscuits or cornbread muffins on the side.
