Before filling cups, melt additional 1 oz. chocolate; pipe onto insides of cups to make designs or write spooky messages, such as "boo." Refrigerate cups until chocolate is firm, then fill as directed.
Drop Cool Whip by spoonfuls onto each dessert to resemble a ghost. Add 2 miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips to each for the eyes.
Separate 10 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies. Decorate white filling sides with melted chocolate to resemble pumpkin faces, using 2 oz. melted Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate; cool completely. Crumble remaining cookies; sprinkle between the jelly layers when assembling each dessert. Insert decorated cookie into Cool Whip on top of each dessert just before serving.
