  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Toss apples with cheese and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon in large bowl until evenly coated. Add meat, onions, bread crumbs, thyme and 1/4 cup ketchup; mix just until blended. Press evenly into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients, including remaining cinnamon and ketchup, until blended; brush onto meatloaves. Place filled muffin pan on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until meatloaves are done (160ºF).

Substitute

Prepare using lean ground chicken or turkey.

Serve with hot mashed potatoes and steamed fresh green beans.
