  • Crumble sausage into nonstick skillet; cook on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Add vegetables and thyme; cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain. Stir in 1/4 cup Cheez Whiz.
  • Spread bread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese and sausage mixture. Whisk eggs, milk and remaining Cheez Whiz until well blended; pour over sausage mixture. Cover with foil. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before baking.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Bake casserole, covered, 45 min. Heat broiler. Uncover casserole; broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

Substitute

Substitute 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme for the dried thyme.
