  • Spread outside of sandwich with margarine.
  • Cook 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

    kick up your traditional grilled cheese with these few extra ingredients. Makes for an "adult" grilled cheese. I usually add some seasoning salt or some spice to it.

    I love the addition of onion and use of multigrain bread...but would use real cheese slices. This receipe is perfect for teaching students basic life skills of nutrition, shopping and cooking..and of course clean up.
