How to Store Leftover Canned Ingredients

When recipes call for partial-can measures of ingredients such as broth, tomatoes or tomato paste, place the leftovers in a plastic freezer container and freeze for another use. If small portions are needed, divide the ingredient into desired portion sizes before freezing.

This was very good. I added some extra veggies (carrots, celery & green onions) to it.

Quick and delicious, I added the whole 19 oz can of tomatoes and extra pasta so it was not soupy and served with coleslaw. Excellent meal.
