Made this recipe a few months ago and it was delicious. Everyone loved the lightness of it, and the flavour was incredible. Only 5 of us for dinner and no left-overs. :)
Will be making this again today to go with my Father's Day BBQ.
The cake was delicious. Had trouble rolling the cake - the filling kept oozing out. Perhaps I wasn't doing it properly - any hints?
