  • Mix salad cream, ketchup and mustard in medium bowl until blended. Add eggs and onions; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Fill toast slices with lettuce and egg salad to make 6 sandwiches just before serving.

Curried Egg Salad

Omit mustard. Add 1 tsp. each lime zest and curry paste to prepared egg salad before refrigerating as directed.

Family Fun

For kid-size sandwiches, spoon prepared egg salad into lettuce-lined mini pita breads.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with celery sticks and halved cherry tomatoes.
