    I absolutely love this recipe, especially in the summer. I have made it several times and each time I received rave reviews. I make the recipe exactly as directed but serve it with artisan baguette.

    Easy. The dressing got really strong after awhile. I'd try a milder one although the red bits looked very good. I put the leftovers in hollowed out little potatoes. Very good.
