  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add sausage, celery and onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until sausage is evenly browned and vegetables are softened, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon sausage mixture into large bowl. Add stuffing mix, apricots, parsley and sage; mix lightly.
  • Whisk eggs and chicken broth until blended. Add to stuffing mixture; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.

Make Ahead

This delicious stuffing can be mixed together ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing the baking time if necessary until stuffing is heated through.
