  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine coating mix and seasonings in pie plate.
  • Spread mustard onto both sides of chicken breasts. Dip, 1 breast at a time, in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (165°F).
