  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 8-inch square baking dish with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate; mix well.
  • Spread onto bottom of prepared baking dish.
  • Bake 20 to 23 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. Use foil handles to remove oat mixture from dish.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over oat mixture.
  • Refrigerate 20 min. or until chocolate is firm. Peel off and discard foil before cutting oatmeal mixture into 8 bars to serve.

How to Store

Store cut bars in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days before serving.


Prepare using old-fashioned oats. For best results, pulse them for a few seconds in the food processor before using as directed.
