  • Mix barbecue sauce, water and lime juice until blended.
  • Heat vegetable oil in large deep nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add chicken, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is evenly browned. Add mixed vegetables and edamame; stir-fry 2 to 4 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Stir in barbecue sauce mixture. Add rice; stir-fry 3 to 5 min. or until heated through. Stir in onions and sesame oil. Top with bean sprouts.


Substitute cut-up pork loin or firm tofu for the chicken. If using tofu, add it to the skillet along with the frozen mixed vegetables and edamame.
