  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Thread salmon onto 20 skewers. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended; brush onto salmon.
  • Grill 5 to 6 min. or until done, turning after 3 min.
  • Place skewers on platter; sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

Note

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.

Use Your Broiler

These easy-to-make satays can instead be cooked under the broiler. Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; broil 4 min. on each side or until done.

Special Extra

Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the grilled salmon and/or with additional barbecue sauce.
