If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
These easy-to-make satays can instead be cooked under the broiler. Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; broil 4 min. on each side or until done.
Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the grilled salmon and/or with additional barbecue sauce.
