  • Combine dressing, water and honey in medium saucepan. Add carrots; stir to evenly coat with the dressing mixture.
  • Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  • Simmer 15 to 20 min. or until carrots are tender. Spoon into serving bowl; sprinkle with pecans.

    Ended up adding more honey than the recipe called for, and the balsamic was just still far to overpowering. Not a fan!

    I thought this was one of the worst carrot recipes I have ever made. The carrots ended up tasting like hot pickled carrots and the liquid never thickened.
