  • Mix lemon juice, oil and garlic until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken pieces. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except cilantro.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 30 min. or until done (165ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with ketchup mixture for the last 10 min.
  • Transfer chicken to platter; sprinkle with cilantro.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favourite cooked seasonal fresh vegetable, and hot baked potatoes or cooked rice.

Oven-Baked Honey-Mustard Chicken

Marinate chicken as directed. Meanwhile, prepare ketchup mixture. Heat oven to 350ºF. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Pour ketchup mixture over chicken in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
