  • Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat. Add chicken, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 5 min. or until chicken is evenly browned.
  • Add sweet peppers and carrots; stir-fry 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done. Add onions; stir-fry 1 min. Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 30 sec.
  • Serve with rice.

Special Extra

Garnish with 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed just before serving.
