  • Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat. Add chicken, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 5 min. or until chicken is evenly browned.
  • Add sweet peppers and carrots; stir-fry 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done. Add onions; stir-fry 1 min. Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 30 sec.
  • Serve with rice.

Special Extra

Garnish with 1 tsp. toasted sesame seed just before serving.

    This was much more delicious than I thought it would be. I am definitely making this again. I used long grain & wild rice & chicken breast pieces (not a fan of dark meat), but otherwise by recipe.

    This is a great, quick weekday meal. I loved it! Very colourful.I would add more garlic,ginger and a little salt(just my personal preference). I would also include a sweet onion.
