  • Mix all ingredients except meat; pour over meat in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat meat. Refrigerate 6 hours to marinate.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Remove meat from marinade; place in shallow pan. Discard marinade.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done (160ºF).


Substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork tenderloin and reduce baking time to 20 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).

    This was great! Very tasty and so easy. We really enjoyed it. I made the Pork Fried Rice the next night and we enjoyed that just as much. Hard to say which dish we enjoyed more. Will definitely make again.
