  • Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently.
  • Add remaining ingredients; cook on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until cream cheese product is completely melted, ingredients are well blended and dip is heated through, stirring constantly.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables, breadsticks and/or crackers.

Use pulsing action of food processor to process the blanched broccoli until finely chopped.

How to Blanch the Broccoli

Add broccoli to saucepan of boiling water; let stand 2 min. Drain, then immediately add broccoli to bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
