  • Place wings in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan.
  • Bake 20 min. or until browned. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip, cayenne sauce and garlic powder until blended.
  • Brush Miracle Whip mixture generously onto both sides of wings. Bake 10 min.
  • Serve with dressing.
