what an amazing little treat! I had some with homemade pita chips instead of vegetables, but either would make this hummus taste really good! Perfect for the summer.


I love hummis and have tried many recipes but I keep coming back to this one it is sooo good!! Today for the first time I used a large head of roasted garlic instead of the 4 cloves of minced...mmmmm yummy!! It was so creamy I didn't need to add the reserved liquid.


Finally a reciepe for hummus that is absolutely easy and tastes delicious. I serve this with a vegetable appetizer tray 2-3 times a week. My family loves it!

Awesome recipe, I left out the cumin becuase i didn't have any. I used no fat Miracle Whip to cut down on calories/fat. Extremely easy to make on short notice. Went over well. Served it with a sign Fat-Free Hummus
