  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients; spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Cool 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix dressing and garam masala until blended.
  • Toss spinach with cauliflower and dressing mixture; top with nuts and cilantro.

Shortcut

Omit cayenne pepper and oil. Prepare salad as directed, but do not roast the cauliflower.
