  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk eggs in medium bowl until blended. Add cream cheese product; mix well. Stir in milk.
  • Spoon spinach into 6 (250-mL) ramekins sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Top with egg mixture, adding about 1/2 cup egg mixture to each ramekin.
  • Bake 16 to 18 min. or until centres are set and tops are puffed.

Special Extra

For extra colour and flavour, stir 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers into the egg mixture before pouring into the prepared ramekins and baking as directed.
