  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese product and milk until blended. Spoon 2 Tbsp. into shallow dish. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan and garlic powder; mix well. Set aside. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture into separate shallow dish.
  • Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, in plain cream cheese mixture, then in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of chicken breast. Transfer to parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favourite steamed fresh vegetable, such as broccoli or asparagus.

Special Extra

Serve with lemon slices for squeezing over the baked chicken.
