Excellent recipe - easy to make and so tasty too. I omitted the olives as no-one in my family likes them and it was still good and tasted even better the next day when it had marinated longer!
Quick easy and very satisfying. Great for potlucks. DIdn't add sun dried tomatoes just as good without them.
