  • Cook beans and cauliflower in boiling water in saucepan 5 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again. Place in large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

    Excellent recipe - easy to make and so tasty too. I omitted the olives as no-one in my family likes them and it was still good and tasted even better the next day when it had marinated longer!

    Quick easy and very satisfying. Great for potlucks. DIdn't add sun dried tomatoes just as good without them.
