  • Pour dressing over fish in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of fillets. Refrigerate 30 min. Meanwhile, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in separate shallow dish.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Remove fish from dressing; discard dressing. Dip fish, 1 fillet at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet. Place on prepared baking sheet. Spread with chili sauce; top with vegetables and mozzarella.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Drizzle with lemon juice.


Prepare using any other white fish, such as sole.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with cooked zucchini and potatoes.
