  • Brown meat with onions and garlic in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until mushrooms release most of their liquid, stirring occasionally.
  • Add tomatoes, broth and seasoning; stir. Bring just to boil; simmer, partially covered, on medium-low heat 20 min.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in dressing and cheese.

Special Extra

Stir 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil into hot soup just before serving.
