  • Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover with lid. Cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.
  • Add vegetables to skillet. Cook, uncovered, 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in broth and dressing. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 1 min. or until chicken is coated and heated through.

Serving Suggestion

While the chicken is simmering, prepare brown rice to serve as an accompaniment.

    very good just before I put in the red peppers I put in some geen beans cooked for awhile then put peppers in, it saves a pot, my family love geen beans


    this was fast and tasty to make...great for something when you don't know what to make....i used regular italian dressing with a little olive oil and oregano to substitute for the tuscan oil dressing -yummy
