  • BROWN ground beef and peppers; drain. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in rice and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the cheese. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    this is the 3rd supper i made from Kraft and had no complaints with ne of them esp this 1 my husband had 2 helpings of it and told me to leave out so he can have more later

    Super great!! I used Ground chicken instead (that's what I had handy) and added 1/2 tsp of ground cumin and 3/4 tsp Italian herbs....and I got a 'right on Mom!!" from my daughter. I'll make it again and use other ground meats too.

    I used a can of Italian style tomatoes and one chili style and it turned out great. My 9 year old son loved it.
