Jerk chicken is a restaurant favourite but you can make it at home with our Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken recipe. Chicken is marinated in flavourful seasonings, such as garlic, allspice, hot pepper sauce, lime juice and curry powder, then grilled for a tropical favourite.

  • Place chicken in large shallow dish. Reserve 2 Tbsp dressing. Mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Turn chicken over to coat both sides of each piece. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 30 to 35 min. or until done (170ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with reserved dressing.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with Confetti Quinoa Salad.

    It is not the authentic jerk chicken flavour that I am used to in the Caribbean.
