  • CUT oranges in half. Scoop out flesh with a spoon, leaving shells intact. Place shells in muffin pan. Chop cranberries, sugar and orange flesh in food processor.
  • DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Fold in cranberry mixture.
  • POUR into orange shells and a lightly greased 4 cup (1 L) mold. Refrigerate until set.
  • CUT oranges into wedges, and invert mold onto serving plate.
