Prepare using your favourite flavours of Jell-O Jelly Powder.
Cookie dough can be prepared ahead of time. Freeze in airtight container up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator before baking as directed.
Add 2/3 cup boiling water to each flavour of remaining jelly powder in separate small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until firm. Serve topped with thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
