  • Add boiling water to jelly powder in bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour into 8-inch square dish. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  • Meanwhile, bring milk and sugar to boil in saucepan, stirring occasionally; simmer on medium heat 5 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Stir cardamom into milk mixture. Cut jelly into 1-inch squares; stir into milk mixture with fruit just before serving.

Substitute

Substitute up to 1-1/2 cups fresh fruit, such as seedless grapes, chopped mangos and/or chopped navel oranges, for the bananas and/or apples.

Substitute

Prepare using your favourite flavour of Jell-O Jelly Powder.

Special Extra

Garnish each serving with a small dollop of thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping.
