  • Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour of jelly powder in separate bowls; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavour into separate 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • Meanwhile, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, peaches and lemon zest. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cut jelly into 1/2-inch cubes; place in medium bowl. Add milk mixture and nuts; mix lightly.

Special Extra

Stir 1/2 cup toasted flaked coconut into the jelly cubes along with the milk mixture and nuts.

Make Ahead

The jelly cubes can be mixed with the milk mixture and nuts ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving. Or, the dissolved jellies can be refrigerated up to 24 hours ahead before cutting into cubes and mixing with the remaining ingredients as directed. Refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.

Special Extra

Garnish with a few pecan halves before serving.
