  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
  • Spoon into 28 sections of ice cube trays sprayed with cooking spray. Insert wooden pop stick or small plastic spoon into centre of each section.
  • Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Carefully remove frozen pops from trays just before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using your favourite flavour of Jell-O Instant Pudding.

How to Remove Frozen Pops from Ice Cube Trays

Dip bottoms of ice cube trays in warm water for 15 sec. Shake trays to gently remove pops. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks to remove frozen pops from trays.)
